What we collect

  • When you book or request a quote: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, service address and any notes you add.
  • When you contact us: your name, email, phone and your message.
  • Automatically: standard website analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and whether you clicked to call, message or book. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.

Why we collect it

  • To prepare your quote, confirm your booking and carry out the service.
  • To contact you about your booking, including reminders and follow-up.
  • To improve the website and understand which services people need.
  • To send you offers or service reminders, only if you have agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the people who need them to serve you:

  • Our detailing team, or the partner detailer serving your area. Outside our own service area, work may be carried out by an independent detailing company we work with. We give them only what they need to contact you and complete the job. They are required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for your booking.
  • Service providers that run our website, booking system, customer records, email and call handling.
  • When the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for advertising, and we do not share your details with anyone who is not involved in serving you.

Your consent

By submitting a booking or an enquiry you consent to the collection, use and sharing described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to any legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.

Marketing messages

We only send marketing emails or text messages to people who have asked for them or who have recently booked with us, as allowed under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, to remember your choices and to measure visits with Google Analytics 4. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly.

How long we keep your information

Booking and customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and legal requirements, normally seven years. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored on password-protected systems with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we will tell you if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
