By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Canadian Detailing is a mobile car detailing service operating across major Canadian cities. Our certified professionals provide premium, eco-friendly vehicle cleaning and maintenance at customers’ homes or workplaces.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old;
Provide accurate personal and vehicle information when booking;
Have the legal right to authorize work on the vehicle being serviced.
3. Booking & Appointments
3.1 Scheduling
Appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or approved partners. All appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job completion.
3.2 Access & Location Requirements
You agree to provide:
A safe, accessible workspace for our technicians;
Permission to access your property if required;
Accurate details regarding parking limitations, building access, or restricted areas.
If our team cannot safely access or service your vehicle, we may refuse service or charge a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
We accept major credit cards, debit, and approved digital payment methods.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Customer Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
5.2 Weather & Operational Delays
Outdoor services may be postponed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule without penalty.
6. Service Limitations
While our team strives to deliver premium detailing results, certain factors may limit what can be achieved, including:
Pre-existing scratches, stains, or damage;
Oxidation, clear coat failure, or rust;
Damage not visible prior to cleaning.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service;
Disclose any mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or known defects;
Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or provide keys as needed.
We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
8. Damage & Liability
Our technicians take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However:
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects;
We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services;
Minor scratches or swirls revealed after detailing are considered pre-existing unless directly caused by our team.
If damage is alleged, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Environmental Practices
Canadian Detailing uses eco-friendly products and responsible waste disposal practices. Certain locations may require access to electrical outlets or water sources depending on the service package.
10. Use of Photos & Media
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing or documentation purposes. These images will never include identifiable personal information.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
12. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Conditions are unsafe;
The vehicle poses a health or hazard risk;
The customer behaves abusively or violates these Terms.
13. Warranty & Guarantees
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship at the time of service. However, no long-term guarantees are offered for cleanliness or condition after the vehicle leaves our care
14. Third-Party Services
If we partner with third-party tools, platforms, or booking systems, they may have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party errors, outages, or conduct.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canadian Detailing is not liable for:
Loss of use, revenue, or profit;
Indirect or consequential damages;
Issues arising from customer negligence or failure to follow recommended care instructions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the service is performed and applicable Canadian federal laws.
