Booking takes about two minutes and you see the price before you confirm. Here is the whole process.
1. Choose your vehicle type
Small car, sedan or small SUV, seven-seat SUV, minivan, truck, or sleeper/semi. This sets the price, because larger vehicles take longer.
2. Pick a package
Each package shows its price and how long it takes. You can open “View Services & Add-Ons” to add extras such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration or pet hair removal. The total updates as you choose.
3. Tell us where and when
Choose mobile service at your home, condo or workplace, or drop-off at our shop at 2749 Dufferin St, North York. Pick a date and time. We are open seven days a week, 7 AM to 7 PM.
4. Review and confirm
The last screen shows everything: vehicle, package, add-ons, date, time, address and total. Nothing is charged online; you confirm the request and we contact you to lock in the appointment.
What we need from you
- A parking spot we can work around, roughly one and a half car widths.
- Access details for condos: building name, visitor parking and any height limit for the garage.
- Anything unusual mentioned in the notes: pet hair, smoke, spilled liquids, heavy salt. It helps us bring the right equipment and quote accurately.
Do you need to supply water or power?
Usually not. We bring our own water and power for most jobs. For larger vehicles or longer services we may need a tap or an outlet, and we will tell you when you book.
What happens on the day
We arrive within the booked window, walk around the vehicle with you, confirm the final price before any work starts, and get to work. Most jobs take one to four hours depending on the package.
If something is not right
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it, free.
